Notice is hereby given that on July 15, 1976, an application was
filed by INIVESTXEIT PROPERTIES, for the conversion of the Georgetown
Apartments into a condominium project; the Georgetown Apartments being
located on Kennedy Drive in the City of South Burlington, Vermont.
This application qualifies fo•r minor application procedures under,
Rule 21 of the Rules of the Environmental Board effective April 8, 1976.

On July 28, 1976, the Commission will hold a public hearing to receive
evidence from the parties under the ten criteria or 10 V.S.A. Subsection 6C86(a).
The Commission reserves the right to cancel this hearing without further notice
and authorize the Co-ordinator to issue a permit unless notice of intention to
participate in the hearing is receive% from a party by July 22, 1976.
Parties entitled to parti c i pate are the municipal i ty, the inuni c i pal
planning commission, the regional planning commission,, state agencies,
adjoining property owners and persons granted party status pursuant to Boars
Rule 12(C).
