HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-91-0000 - Decision - 0020 Karen DriveSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 13th day of April, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adiastment heard evidence regarding the appeal of L.E. Farrell, 20 Karen Drive based on the following facts and findings: 1) Proposal is conversion of approximately 1000 square feet of production space into office space. 2) Original permit approved as a conditional use ten years ago, proposal is considered a minor alteration. 3) No .increase in employees, therefore traffic should remain the same. 4) Use complies and is actually better than existing. 5) No impact on municipal services.
