FINAL PLAT APPLICATION #SD-09-44
FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECISION
Technology Park Partners LLC, hereafter referred to as the applicant, is seeking final
plat approval to amend a previously approved 15 lot subdivision. The amendment
consists of adjusting the boundary lot lines of 113 Kimball Avenue and 10 Community
Drive.
The Development Review Board held a public hearing on October 20, 2009. Evan
Meenan represented the applicant.
Based on testimony provided at the above mentioned public hearing and the plans and
supporting materials contained in the document file for this application, the Development
Review Board finds, concludes, and decides the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT

subdivision. The amendment consists of adjusting the boundary lot lines of 113 Kimball

2. The owner of record of the subject property is Technology Park Campus, LLC.
3. The application was received on September 23,2009.
4. The subject property is located in the I - C Zoning District.
5. The plan submitted is entitled "Boundary Line Adjustment Plat Technology Park
Assoc. to City of South Burlington Kimball Avenue South Burlington, Vermont," prepared
by Trudell Consulting Engineers, dated 11/10/2008.
The proposal would result in the transfer of two small pieces of land to the City of South
Burlington: a 232.9 square foot triangle on the east side of Community Drive (shown as Lot
