Re: Findings of Fact, application of Pizzaaalli Development
Corporation, Joy Drive
On the 26th of March 19 85 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved or xfand'i the
request of Pizzaaalli Development Corporation
for site plan approval under Section 19_ln
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS - A 24 foot wide driveway serves the new
building.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Sixty three spaces with two handi-
capped are approved. Twenty nine additional are waived. A
concrete sidewalk shall be included along the Joy Drive rig ht-
of -way and connect to the sidewalk on the drive to Meadowbrook.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $1900 landscaping plan shall be
submitted to Planner for approval prior to permit. A bond
shall be posted in this amount prior to permit.
4. 750 gallons per day in sewer capacity is reserved.
5. Fire protection requirements shall be reviewed by the Fire
Chief and met by the applicant. i" \
