The following is a location of a parcel of land in the City of South Burlington, Vermont designated as a proposed Townhouse Complex by the Dumont Construc- tion Company. Said parcel of land is a portion of lands con- veyed to Leo H. Dumont and Robert H. Dumont, Dumont Construction Company by Harry J. Barrett by deed dated April 17, 1964, and recorded in Book 66, Page 351 of the City of South Burlington Land Records. Said parcel of land containing 10.9 acres, more or less, is located at the westerly end of Iby Street in the City of South Burlington, Vermont. Said parcel of land is further located southerly of lands of 94n f � .- Ver-Mad' Inc.; easterly of lands of San Remo Industrial Park.and northerly of Sunnyview II,7/so called,a recorded residential subdivision. Said parcel of land is shown on one certain plan identified as: Dumont Construction Co. South Burlington, Vermont Proposed Layout Town House Complex (100 Units) March 1971 r� by Donald L. Hamlin Consulting Engineers, Inc. Essex Junction, Vermont Proposed Ordinance AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE "SOUTH BURLINGTON ZONING ORDINANCE" BY CREATION OF AN ADDITIONAL AREA OF RESIDENCE DISTRICT C. The Councilmen of South Burlington hereby ordain: Section 1. The South Burlington Zoning Ordinance adopted February 28, 1964 and the official zoning map adopted in connection therewith is hereby amended by changing the land use of the following described land from Residence District B to Residence District C. A parcel of land containing 10.9 acres, more or less, located at the westerly end of Iby Street. Said parcel is further located southerly of lands of Ver-Mader, Inc. a distance of 804 feet, more or less, easterly of lands of San Remo Development a distance of 592 feet, more or less and north- erly of Sunnyview II, so called, a distance of 982 feet, more or less, Land in question being recorded in the South Burlington Land Records, Vol. 66, Page 351.
