On the 27th day of January, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Adel-
phia Cable, 106 Kimball Avenue based on the following facts and
findings:
1) Height of tower necessary for proper recepti(-,,--,, -Lests: were

height of existing trees.
3) The general character of the area will not be affected.
4) No adverse impact on planned municipal facilities.
