Tease refer to the site plan and note the shallow depth of 191.51 ft. on the north border. This depth does not allow uz to meet the lake set back requirements and maintain a distance from the road that is equal to those of the other,houses in the area. Also, the 27 ft. embankment creates a natural separation of the home from the lake which preserves the lakefront.
