TRAFFIC ACCFSS - No additional traffic will result from the new addition. 2. CIRCULATION AIJD PARKIIJG - Access drive to rear of building will be located at least 120 feet from the railroad right-of-way in order to leave sufficient room for construction of the South Burlington Connector. 3.
