Re: Findings of Fact, application of Farrell Distributing
Corporation, warehouse addition, Holmes Road
On the 8th of September 19 81 , the
South $urlington Planning Commission approved or lx#al" the
r eque,t of Farrell Distribution Corporation
for site plan approval under Section 11.70
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCFSS - No additional traffic will result from the new
addition.
2. CIRCULATION AIJD PARKIIJG - Access drive to rear of building will be
located at least 120 feet from the railroad right-of-way in order to
leave sufficient room for construction of the South Burlington Connector.
