DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 21st day of November, 1994 the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of
Farrell Distributing, David Farrell, 5 Holmes Road based on the
following facts and findings:
1) Area is zoned Commercial I District, warehouse/distribution
facility are no longer permitted use. Pre-existing use requiring
a variance.
2) The applicant is requesting a permit to add to the general
office area (approximately 2900 square feet).
3) The general character of the area is truck terminals and
warehousing. Area not affected by the proposed addition.
4) Property developed under a different zoning designation.
5) Hardship not created by the appellant, present use existing
since 1975.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request
for a variance is hereby gr n e
