DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 2-jrd day of September , 198 5 , the South Burlington
Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of
Alexander Lewis/City of South Burlington
based on the following facts and findings:
1) Fire Department is attempting to provide fire service to the
south side of the City.
2) One half acre is more than the area needed to construct a sub
3) The City Council and Planning Commission are in support of this
location.
4) The proposal is in conformance with the City Master Plan.__
5) This use is consistent with other development in the area.

Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request
