DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
Re: Appeal of Ernest Auclair, 2000 Hinesburg Road
On the 24th day of January , 1983 , the South Burlington
Zoning Board of Adjustment approved or AVUBhO the appeal of
Ernest Auclair, 2000 Hinesburg Road
based on the following facts:
1) Consistent with provisions setforth under conditional use approval
2) Considered by the Planning Commission and approved as a farm
employees dwelling.
3) Stipulated that use of apartments are farm related. (for employees
of tack shop and farm operation only)
4) Conforms with Section 4468 of the Vermont Planning and Development Act.
