Gentlemen:
This letter will serve notice that we of Green Acres, Inc. are
in favor of Mr. Rowley's intentions to reconstruct a room on
the north side of his present dwelling which is 20 ft. from
the north property line.
It is our understanding he is going to remove an old porch
and build a new addition of 16' x 201, which when completed
will be flush with the north side of his home and 20 ft. from
the north property line.
