HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-92-0000 - Decision - 0900 0850 0894 0896 0950 Hinesburg RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 22nd day of.June, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Keith Wright, 850 Hinesburg Road on the following facts and findings: 1) Lot result of a subdivision which allowed for farm houses and other buildings. Use by family member could be consider home business. 2) Variance is required to permit reasonable use to the property. 3) Property formerly opeating farm has always had equipment in use or under repair, repair of boats does not alter character of area. 4) Entire property is non -conforming within the district, added use does not affect character of the area. Stipulations: 1. No commercial signs. 2. No more than four boats in storage visible from Hinesburg Road. 3. Only boat repair is allowed.
