DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of November 1993, the South Burlington Zoning
Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of New
England Telephone, 800 Hinesburg Road, Michael Kirick based on
the following facts and findings:
1) Applicant requesting permission to replace two existing a/c
units which are not effective, a larger unit is proposed. Due to
size of unit, height of structure involves a waiver.
2) Due to increase in service and the addition of interior
equipment additional air conditioning is necessary.
3) New unit will be installed slightly higher than roof line.
Will not be visible from travel way of Hinesburg Road and
Interstate.
4) Represents the minimum variance to allow relief.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request
for a conditional use is h'e—r'bb4 arraizted. .
