HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-93-0000 - Decision - 0625 Hinesburg RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 24th day of May, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Ralph Goodrich, 625 Hinesburg Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant request to construct a 26,000 square foot four story office building which is a conditional use within Residential 7 district. 2) Present use of lot contractor's business is non -conforming to zoning district, residential being a permitted use. 3) South Burlington able to supply ample water and sewer to this location, use as proposed does not create an adverse affect. 4) I.T.E. projects 68 vte's for this use, property located at a signalized intersection which is at level of service C. 5) General character of the neighborhood is general/medical offices and residential.
