Appeal of Reilly Tire
Upon due consideration of the premises and aforesaid findings, the
South Burlington Planning Commission does here by approve the site plan of
Reilly Tire, Hinesburg Road, South Burlington, subject to the following
conditions:
1. One ingress and egress 40 feet wide to be moved north on
Hinesburg Road
2. That #3 of the recommendations by the Tree Planting Committee
will be put in the motion.
3. That a bond for $3,000 for landscaping be posted.
Dated at South Burlington, Countyoof Mittenden, State of Vermont,
this 26th day of March, 1974.
