DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of March, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Ralph
Goodrich, Gene Morrissey agent, 550 Hinesburg Road based on the
following facts and findings:
1) Surrounding properties high density residential, mixed with
general business and medical offices.
2) Proposed water and sewer use not expected to excess 1200 gpd.
3) 50 trip ends projected by this proposed office complex.
4) No variance requested, conforms with all other by-laws.
Based upon the above facts and findings the appellant's request for
a conditional use is herebved'
