Szymanski, City Manager DATE: April 28, 1981 RE: Zoning Notice May 11, 1981 - Appeal #1 (Robert & Doris Gaulin) The City Council, at their meeting of April 27, 1981, expressed their concern over the granting of a variance for the commercial use of the above referenced residential property. The entrance drive to this property is located on a sharp curve, with very restricted sight distance.
