Re: Findings of Fact, application of J.G. Goodrich, agent, 516
Shelburne Road
On the 28th of August 1984, the South Burlington Planning Commission
approved the request of Air North, Burlington International Airport
for site plan review under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington
Zoning Regulations based on the following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access will be through the airport
property from Route 2, it will not be available to the general
public.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Twenty parking spaces will be provided.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $13,500 bond will be posted for
landscaping as depicted on the plan. It is designed for bank
stabilization and noise abatement.
4. OTHER - The height shall not exceed 44 feet. The City Engineer
must approve perc test results, prior to permit. There will be
no engine run -ups between 11 P.M. and 6 A.M. A separator will be
provided to separate petroleum wastes from waste waters. An
additional fire hydrant will be provided on site and a bond for
$1500 will be posted prior to permit. The applicant will hook-up
to city sewer at their expense when the line reaches the property
line and capacity is available.
