HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-92-0000 - Decision - 0195 Hinesburg RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON !/ On the 9th day of November, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Ernest Levesque, 195 Hinesburg Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) Type of occupation warrants use of garage, dwelling is used for 40% of business. 2) The general character of area not affected, adjoining properties used by church. Garage is well screened by existing trees. 3) Due to nature of business, garage is only area suitable for equipment. 4) Business will relocate if business increases in size. Stipulation: One year administrative review by the Board. Business can not expand beyond definition of home occupation.
