CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON
On the 13th day of May , 1991 the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of St. John
Vianney Church, 142 Hinesburg Road on the following facts and
findings:
1) Will not adversely affect the character of neighborhood.
2) Low impact on traffic, parking will be provided from the
church parking lot.
3) No impact on municipal facilities.
4) Should provide additional class room space for religious
education presently using schools.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a Conditional Use is hereby approved.
Stipulation:
That a mutually agreed u on rri b eated between church and
northerly property line. A
