Att: Richard Ward, Zoning Officer Dear Mr. Ward : The following is in answer to the five criteria questions required: 1. The narrowness of my property, and the location of two trees, makes it impossible to locate the structure in my yard and still comply with the provisions of the zoning regulations. This unnecessary hardship is due to this condition and not the circumstances, or conditions generally created by the provisions the zoning regulations in the neighborhood, or district, in which the property is located. 2. Because of this physical circumstance, or condition, it is not possible that the property can be developed in strict conformity with the provisions of the zoning regulations, and I am requesting a variance to enable the reasonable use of the property. 3. This unnecessary hardship has in no way been created by me. 4. If the variance is authorized, the essential character of the neighborhood, or district, in which the property is located will not substantially, or permanently, impair the appropriate use,or development of adjacent property,or be detrimental to the public welfare. 5. If the variance is authorized, it will represent the minimum variance that will afford releif and will represent the least modification possible of the zoning regulations and of the plan.
