On the 28th of October, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Rexford
Bell, 132 Hinesburg Roa--J, based on +-.he following facts and find-
ings:
1.) Applicant proposed to convert existing structure into two
family dwelling, interior renovations required . Lot exceeds the
minimiun size, frontage of property non -conforming.
2) Minimum renovations propo--.ed to interior only, general char-
acter of the area will not be altered.
3) Lot setoff and house constructed in the 1930's prior tr)
zoning by laws.
4-) Generalcharacterof the area not. affected, two family dwell-
ings ble, and necessar- .
