1. The site plan for the subject property located at 66 Airport Road (hereinafter
the "Property"), attached hereto as Exhibit A is APPROVED.
2. One accessory building for the purpose of storage and protection from the
elements of mulch, compost and other landscaping materials and supplies

5. Any truck with more than two axles and/or an overall length that exceeds 30
