HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-93-0000 - Decision - 0126 Hinesburg RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURL I NGTON �� q3 - p p od DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 24th day of May, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Charles Poulin, 126 Hinesburg Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant request to construct a 6'xl6' enclosed porch to within eleven feet of required front yard set -back, existing set- back at twelve (12) feet. 2) Variance does not alter the character of the neighborhood, other structures north and south of property in question with similar setback. 3) Southerly side yard at three (3) feet which prevents an addition to the side of the structure. 4) Narrowness of the lot prevents the addition of a porch to the sides of the structure, no advantages to adding a rear porch.
