As a condition of approval, the Zoning Board of Adjustment considered Mr. jarvis request based on the fact that the garage would be converted back upon termination of his lease. We understand that his lease has been terminated, therefore, the garage can no longer be occupied as an insurance office. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter. During a recent conversation, we discussed the possible use of your dwelling for a home occupa- tion, __2t you were advised that converting the garage did not qualified as a use permitted under a home occupation permit. This letter will serve as a formal notice, you will have ten (10) days from receipt of this letter to discontinue use of the garage as an office.
