On the 281h of October, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment... heard evidence regarding the appeal of Richard
Jarvis, 111 Hinesburg Road, based on the following facts and
i .i ridings:
1) Home occupation normally operates within principal dwelling,
daze to size of dwelling appellant needs more space therefore
converting garage represent least possible modification.
2) General character of garage will not be altered, therefore
essential character of the neighborhood will not change.
3) Appellant agrees to convert garage back upon termination of
his lease.
4) Hardship dictated by use of dwelling at full capacity .incl
