Presently the lot in question is occupied by a single family dwelling owned by Mir. Robert Sprano. A variance was granted September 7, 1966 for Section 6.21, Lot frontage of the 1964 ordinance to Mr. Robert Sprano. Proposal is to set off another lot and construct another single family dwelling.
