Area is zoned RI+ District.
Section 11.15 prohibits two structures on a single lot.
Presently the lot in question is occupied by a single family
dwelling owned by Mir. Robert Sprano. A variance was granted
September 7, 1966 for Section 6.21, Lot frontage of the 1964
ordinance to Mr. Robert Sprano.
Proposal is to set off another lot and construct another
single family dwelling.
Section 11-35 which deals with lots havin,-,- frontage on a
public road will require approval by the Planning Commission.
