HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-92-0000 - Decision - 0066 Airport Road( U STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 14th day of September 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Warren Bundy, 66 Airport Road on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant proposing to add mobile office trailer to a property which is already a non -conforming use. 2) Property that abuts the property in question are residential, character of the area would be altered. 3) Highest and best use of property is residential, commercial use of property is grandfathered, expansion of existing use prevents a change to the property in the future. 4) The property can continue as a nor. -conforming use without a need to expand. 5) The character of the area would be adversely affected by this proposal.
