Re: Findings of,Fact, application of Salamin Handy,
95 Pleasant Avenue, Burlington. Vermont for conversion of
existing single-family dwelling to office use at 44 Hinesburg Road.
On the loth of June 1986 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved NxxgtxmjXa the
request of Salamin Handy. 44 Hinesburg Road (Gordon Woods,agent)
for SITE PLAN APPROVAL under Section j=g _IQ
of the South Burlinqton Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
to TRAFFIC ACCESS _The existing driveway shall be moved
north and located along the northern property line. It may
veer into the existing driveway although the entrance must be
along the property line to allow for consolidation in the
future with a driveway on the Gracey's lot to the north.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - The existing garage shall be
removed and six new parking spaces constructed in the back
yard.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - No landscaping shall be removed.
Credit is granted for existing landscaping.
4. TRAFFIC - The maximum permitted trip ends.are 12.6 during
the peak hour of Hinesburg Road. This use will produce 2.8
trip each.
5. Revised plans shall be submitted to the City Planner for
approval prior to permit. Any building permits must be obtained
within 6 months.
