DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 27th day of July , 1987 the South
Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding
the appeal of Richard & Linda Chasse,19 Henry Court
based on the following facts and findings:
1) Front of hous.p could be viewed as from Dumont Avenue then
porch meets the normal sidevard setback.
2) Consistent with the way the neighborhood is developing
