DECISION do FINDING OF FACT
On the 1O111day of 7uiy , 198c_, the South
Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding
the appeal of Richard & T i n(la chaggP 1 9 Nanrv_ r',qurt
based on the following facts and findings:
1) Proposed addition is an in-law apartment containing
754 .square feet.
2) The character of the neighborhood will not alter other
in-law apartments that exist in the area.
3) Minimum variance for purpose de;5ioned.
4) Hardship created by lot size due to older subdivision
per dating zoning regulations.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a varianc Ii9)t is hereby approved /?{t €ck.
Stipulations:
That if approved by the Board, that the apartment be occupy __-._
