We have completed the installation of a sewer line from our new
house to near the proposed extension of Highland Terrace as we
discussed October 18, 1984. The pipe starts under the basement
slab and runs west. It ends a bit short of the city right of way.
It is 100 feet north of the Green Mountain Power transformer pad
and marked by a 4x4 post.
The invert at that point is 421 feet 4 inches using elevations on
the plat titled "Site Plan for Smart Associates Inc." in South
Burlington, Vermont, Date: 9-77 prepared by Trudell Engineering. It
is also 16 feet 10 inches below the transformer pad. The
transformer pad is at 438 feet 2 inches.
If the proposed city sewer extension is in the exact middle of the
60 foot right of may it will need to intersect my line at 420 feet
10 inches or 17 feet 4 inches below the transformer pad. Of course
the proposed sewer may be lower.
Please be sure that any proposed sewer extension meets these
limits. '
