The Planning Commission wishes to go on record as being opposed to
the request for a setback variance for a garage on lot 3 of Rebecca Square.
They feel that the lot has sufficient depth for another arrangement to be
worked out and that a variance should not be granted for such a recently
subdivided lot.

held twice a month (second and fourth Mondays). The legal advertisement must appear

of $30.00 which is to off -set the cost of the hearing.
