DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of July, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Margaret
O'Brien, 33 Hayden Parkway on the following facts and findings:
1) Irregular shaped lot creates a unique condition.
2) Physical size and shape prevents any improvement without a
variance.
3) Pre-existing lot set off in early 1950's.
4) Least modification possible to afford relief.
Based upon the above stated facts and fin ings the appellant's
