Agency, Inc. for a 120 unit condominium project loacted on a one -lot subdivision of 17.25 acres at the end of Timberlane as depicted on a plan en- titled "Preliminary Site Studv/Utilities, Townhouses at Timberlane" prepared by Wiemann- Lamphere ;4rchi.tect and last revised 1/18/80: Stipulations: 1. The northerly entrance to the easternmost cluster shall be aligned with the entrance to the opposite cluster or removed. 2. Sidewalks shall be located at least 4 feet from the street and easements shall be provided whenever sidewalks are located outside of the street right-of-way. 5. Upon development of the property to the east, saidAdeveloper shall connect to the terminus point of the road and sidewalk as depicted on the plat for the O'Brien Timberlane development. 7. Construction of units shall be phased over at least a 30 month period with no more than 48 units constructed in any given year. 8. Complete survey data of the tract boundaries shall be submitted for Final plat review. 9. Street names shall be submitted for Final plat review.
