On the 12th of May 1987, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Irwin Wallman, Shelburne Plastics for a 2 story 9750 square foot addition under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS; Access is shown from an existing 24 foot wide driveway off Harbor View Road. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING; There will be no change to the circulation pattern. Three additional parking spaces are required for the new addition. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: The landscaping plan is sufficient. A $4500.00 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. EROSION AND DRAINAGE: The applicant shall follow all drainage, stormwater, detention and erosion control measures recommended by Heindel & Noyse. The evaluation shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer prior to permit. SEWER ALLOCATION: A 75 gallon per day sewer allocation is approved and the $2.50 per gallon fee shall be paid prior to permit.
