to City construction standards (24' width is acceptable). Depressed

Adequate as proposed.
3. LANDSCAPING
$ SCREENING -
Screening of the
storage area shall be
reviewed after
1 year and may
be required to be
upgraded. Other
landscaping is
satisfactory.
