South Bur ngton P anning Commission approved or denied the
request of Georcfe Brady
for ova under Section 19-10
of t e Sout Burlington Zoning Regu at ons based on the
f ollowing findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - The Planning Commission has allowed a second
entrance contingent on earth -moving to improve site distance to the
west.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Adequate as proposed. Septic system
location must not interfere with parking areas.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Adequate as proposed. A fence in front
of rear building and storage areas must be provided.
