HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-94-0000 - Decision - 0010 Gregory DriveCOUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON 0 DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 27th day of June, 1994, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of David Flagg, 10 Gregory Drive based on the following facts and findings: 1) Appellant is requesting an increase in front yard coverage of three (3) percent. Main entrance and turning radius will change as a result of the coverage. 2) The relocation of a power pole has created a hardship within the parking/display area of the lot. 3) The size and topography of the lot prevents use of the entire lot, this restricts location of the structure. 4) Change in front yard coverage does not change the general appearance of the property.
