Re: Findings of Fact, application of Bar_ryls -=aasm lion
(Woods Construction Company, agent) for 1Qt 45 Gregory
Industrial Park for a 6000 square toot building
On the 13 th of August 19_L5____, the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved the
request of Wood Construction Company_ agent
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - The 20 foot drivewav access shall be
widened to 24 feet and the curb radii increased. The curb
opening shall include a depressed concrete curb.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is on 3 sides of the
building. Sixteen parking spaces are provided. The plan shall
be revised to show a 22 foot aisle in the front, a 15 foot buffer
strip and 18 foot long parking spaces.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $2550 landscaping bond shall
be posted prior to permit.
4. OTHER - A site drainage plan shall be submitted prior to
permit. Ten trips during the peak hour are projected from this
lot. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months.
The occupancy permit shall be held until Gregory Drive is
completed.
South Burlington Planning Commission
