TRAFFIC ACCESS - The 20 foot drivewav access shall be widened to 24 feet and the curb radii increased. The curb opening shall include a depressed concrete curb. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation is on 3 sides of the building. Sixteen parking spaces are provided. The plan shall be revised to show a 22 foot aisle in the front, a 15 foot buffer strip and 18 foot long parking spaces. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $2550 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. 4. OTHER - A site drainage plan shall be submitted prior to permit. Ten trips during the peak hour are projected from this lot. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months. The occupancy permit shall be held until Gregory Drive is completed.
