of the South Buon Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:

2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Circulation is adequate on
three sides of the building. Fifty two spaces are
proposed to meet the requirements. The entrance drive-
way shall have depressed concrete curbs.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A new landscaping plan shall
be submitted to the Planner for approval prior to permit.
For Phase I, a $7,500 landscaping bond shall be posted prior
to permit. A $13,500 bond shall be posted pror to Phase II
construction.
4. Water service shall run directly to the main and approval
