Re: Findings of Fact, application of Paul Marquis of RPM
Development Company for construction of a 6000 square foot
structure on lot 2, Gregory Drive.
On the 24th of February 1987 the South Burlington Planning
Commission approved the request of Paul Marquis for site plan
approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning
Regulations based on the following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is adequate from one 24 foot wide
curb cut. The entrance drive shall have a depressed concrete
curb.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate. Proposed
parking is adequate.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A $5700 landscaping bond shall be
posted prior to permit.
4. DRAINAGE: Drainage plans shall be approved by the City
Engineer prior to permit. Parking lot drainage shall be
intercepted and piped into the street.
5. SEWER POLICY: The 450 gallon per day sewer allocation is
granted to this lot.
6. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this
