Be advised that the Zoning Board of Adjustment has granted your request for
a conditional use (outdoor recreational facility) on lots 1 and 2 at Gregory
Drive.
The Board will issue formal findings at a later date.
Your proposal is subject to site plan review by the Planning Commission. I plan
on scheduling your application for Tuesday, January 24, 1984 providing your ap-
plication is filed no later than Tuesday, January 17, 1984.
