HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-85-0000 - Decision - 0003 Gregory DriveFIN-iNGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Robert and Lynn Charlier for Park and Fly, lot #2 and 3, Gregory Industrial Park. On the 6th of August 1985, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Robert and Lynn Charlier for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is from the west side of Gregory Drive with two curb cuts, one for ingress and one for engress as shown on the plan. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate around the proposed buildino and t;roughout the parking lot. 227 parking spaces are approved with 208 for patron parking and 19 for public use. The aisles will be delineated by concrete bumpers or other method approved by the City Engineer. The gravel area shall be of a so called plant -mix type that is not subject to washouts. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: Plan is sufficient. A $7600 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. 4. Site shall include drainage inlets with traps to intercept runoff. Runoff shall be piped to the street system. 5. Occupancy permit shall not be issued until the street and utilities are completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. 6.
