DECISION & FINDING OF FACT
On the 22nd day of July, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Local 300
Realty Corporation, Timothy Watkins agent, 3 Gregory Drive on the
following facts and findings:
1) Proposed use fits in well with the general character of the
area.
2) The proposed uses are compatible.
3) Traffic is generally off peak for meetings and training
sessions.
4) Will not affect the capacity of municipal facilities, sewer
and water available.
