Lot 46, Gregory Industrial Park On the 28th of May 19 8 , the South Burlington Planning Commission approvedthe request of RIVCO, Michael Duaan,Agent for site plan review under Section 19.E of the South Burlinqton Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be from Gregory Drive. The entrance is aligned with the driveway of lot 41. The, driveway loops to the side of the building for loading(un- loading. A depressed concrete curb shall be across entire curbs opening. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Fourteen parking spaces are proposed, exceeding the amount required. A truck turn —around area is provided. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $12,500 bond shall be posted for landscaping prior to permit. 4. The sewer allocation is part of the original subdivision approval. Landscaping shall be revised to show evergreen rather than mountain ash subject to the Planners approval. 5. Plans shall be submitted to the City Engineer showing sewer Ines easements, pumping station and storm water handling method. 6.
