HomeMy WebLinkAboutCU-93-0000 - Decision - 0000 Gregory DriveSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT C(I -gr3_()vU�-, On the 13th of December, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Investors Corporation of Vermont, Amy Gregory, lot #1 Green Tree Park based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant will be constructing a 38,000 square foot building within an industrial area, requesting permission for multiple occupancy. 2) The use as proposed, storage and general offices should not affect the general character of the area. 3) Water and sewer is available to this location and should not have an adverse impact. 4) Traffic generated to this location is not expected to exceed the allowable trips which were approved for the Green Tree Industrial Park. Stipulation: That future uses are subject to administrative review by Zoning Board.
