On the 22nd day of June, 1992, the South Burlington Zoning Boar8
of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Elizabeth
Durick, 25 Greening Avenue on the following facts and findings:
1) Irregular lot set off under old subdivision prior to zoning
regulations.
2) No way any modifications to the rear of the dwelling could be 4,
made without a variance.
3) Appellant did not create hardship, occup)r*ng dwelling for
over 30 years.
4) Deck was designated for minimum standards creating minimum
variance.
Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's
request for a variance is tye�eby approved.
