HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-88-0000 - Decision - 0007 Green Tree DriveFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CO CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Green Tree Park, Inc. for construction of a 14,087 square foot building for mixed office/warehouse use on lot #6, Green Tree Industrial Park, Shunpike Road. On the 17th of August 1988, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Green Tree Park, Inc. for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access shall be provided from a 25 foot wide curb cut on Green Tree Drive. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate. Access is provided around the perimeter of the building by a paved driveway varying in width from 24 feet to 12 feet. The driveway shall be posted for one-way circulation around the building. 32 parking spaces are approved. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A $13,000 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. This is in addition to the $2,000 in landscaping also required for this lot under subdivision approval. 4. OTHER: A sewer allocation of 285 gpd is granted. The entrance curb shall be depressed. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this approval is null and void. South B ngton Planning Commission
